       1995年毕业于浙江师范大学,2000年获中国科学院上海有机化学研究所理学博士学位,导师戴立信院士。2000年至2003年先后在美国国立卫生研究院和美国Rochester大学化学系进行博士后研究。2003年底加入新加坡的新药研发公司---S*BIO,进行靶向小分子抗癌药物的研发工作。2005年8月受聘于华东理工大学药学院。回国先后获得一系列荣誉和称号,包括:上海市浦江人才(2006),教育部新世纪优秀人才(2007),上海市育才(2007),华东理工大学优秀教育工作者(2009),上海市曙光人才(2009),上海市归侨侨眷先进个人(2010),华东理工大学育英奖(2010)以及东岳-天鼎奖教金特等奖(2015)等。先后承担国家自然科学基金、上海市基础研究重点项目等十余项研究项目。已在国际核心刊物J. Am. Chem. Soc.; Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.; Chem. Commun.; Org. Lett.; Chem. Eur. J. 等上发表60余篇SCI论文和专利申请。译著《药物考》和《工业规模的不对称催化》;参编教材《药物化学》双语教材,参编论著Stereoselective synthesis of planar chiral ferrocenes: Chiral Ferrocenes in Asymmetric Catalysis(2010)。

主要研究方向:
1. 基于手性技术的碳碳键及碳杂原子键的形成方法学研究,主要致力于新型手性配体和催化剂的设计合成以及其在有机合成化学和药物化学中的应用研究。 
2. 基于新技术,新方法和新反应的新型杂环化合物的设计合成和具有杂环结构的有生理活性的天然产物及其类似物的合成,包括合成方法学的研究。 
3. 化学创新药物及“Me Too”药物的绿色合成技术的开发。 
4. 基于组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDAC)抑制剂的靶向小分子抗肿瘤药物研究。
