人物详情

      1999年7月获得复旦大学化学系理学学士学位,到中科院上海有机化学研究所工作,2007年获美国新墨西哥大学化学和生物化学系博士学位,被评为优秀博士毕业生,毕业后到美国杜克大学化学系从事博士后研究,2011年到华东理工大学药学院工作,并入选上海市浦江人才计划, 2012年入选上海市高校特聘教授-“东方学者”。

研究方向
1,有机催化和金属催化新型方法学的研究及应用.
设计并合成结构全新的手性双官能团有机催化剂, 催化多种不对称有机催化反应; 运用金属催化剂的广谱性设计并催化新型的有机合成反应。 将这些发展的新型方法学运用于合成拥有“优势结构”的分子, 并从这些优势结构高效合成复杂的有机分子包括药物分子, 进一步对这些化合物进行药物活性测试, 以期发现有活性的潜在药物分子, 用更快更高效的方法达到发现潜在药物的目的。
2,靶向性设计和合成相关疾病的潜在药物活性分子.
利用传统化疗药物良好的药效、药代等性能和分子靶向药物定向选择作用位点来相结合发生作用, 设计、合成、筛选传统化疗和分子靶向治疗合二为一的化合物,作用于两个或多个靶标,兼具传统化疗和分子靶向治疗的优点。将这个理念运用于开发其他疾病的双功能潜在药物, 由于这些新化合物有老药的结构成分,成药的可能性大大提高。
 
研究成果
       已在SCI收录国际期刊杂志发表论文50余篇, 被国内外同行引用超过2000次,多篇论文被评为“Most-cited” Papers或/和 “Hot” Papers,发表国际专利一项。
